Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions in tech, finance, and creative industries
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and assess candidate skills against job requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage recruitment pipeline using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed assessments and recommendations
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to all parties
- Stay updated on NYC labor market trends and salary benchmarks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to placement)
- Strong knowledge of NYC's job market and industry sectors
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid New York State driver's license for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
