Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess cultural fit
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate communications
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed profiles
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide feedback
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing agency experience
- Proven success in candidate sourcing and placement
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of LA job market dynamics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Valid California driver's license required for client visits
