Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for tech, engineering, and administrative roles
- Conduct virtual interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records
- Build relationships with hiring managers and understand departmental needs
- Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely candidate feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and San Jose's job market dynamics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn)
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week with flexible scheduling
- Knowledge of San Jose's tech industry and talent landscape
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs
