Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions using ATS platforms and social recruiting
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and skill alignment
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted recruitment campaigns
- Document recruitment processes and maintain accurate candidate databases

Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience with ATS proficiency
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to source passive candidates through multiple channels
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
