Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to match talent with client requirements
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate databases
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates and ensure smooth transitions
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and candidate pipelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Bay Area talent markets and industry demands
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
