Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, tech, and hospitality
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews and assessments to match talent with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key industry stakeholders
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding coordination
- Utilize ATS platforms and social media channels to expand talent pipelines
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies for maximum efficiency
- Represent our agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience in a dynamic agency environment
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in Miami's competitive market
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing techniques and candidate assessment
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with multicultural fluency
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
