Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for part-time and contract positions
- Conduct virtual interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate pipelines
- Build relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports and performance metrics
- Stay updated on Tampa's job market trends and salary benchmarks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience in Tampa Bay market
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional client visits
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed sourcing tools
