Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates via various channels including LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for immediate and future placement.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage the candidate onboarding process and provide exceptional client service.
- Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and networking opportunities in Sacramento.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships with diverse candidates.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Knowledge of the Sacramento business landscape is a plus.
