Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking strategies.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Update candidate and client information accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with team leads to develop effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Local knowledge of the Denver business landscape is highly preferred.
