Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems (ATS).
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Knowledge of the Cleveland, OH job market is a plus.
