Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and permanent placement opportunities
- Source qualified applicants using job boards, social media, and networking
- Manage applicant tracking system data and maintain candidate records
- Conduct preliminary skills assessments and reference checks
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client companies
- Assist with job postings and employer branding initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years in recruitment, staffing, or customer service role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
