Responsibilities

- Conducting preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Managing applicant tracking system data and maintaining accurate candidate records
- Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and client companies
- Assisting with job postings and social media recruitment campaigns
- Building relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals
- Supporting onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or HR coordination experience
