Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify top talent in New Orleans and surrounding parishes.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for our client portfolio.
- Coordinating interview schedules and providing feedback to hiring managers.
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new placements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to candidate outreach.
- Local knowledge of the New Orleans job market is a plus.
