Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and job seekers
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and market trends
- Utilize ATS systems to track applicants and generate recruitment reports
- Participate in industry events to expand the agency's talent network
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for client meetings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Experience with local Philadelphia job markets preferred
