Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for contract and part-time technical roles (Software Engineering, IT, Data Science).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media networking.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed evaluations.
- Build and manage a robust talent pipeline for future requisitions.
- Negotiate rates and contract terms with top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling contract and part-time roles in the Phoenix area or remotely.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical job functions.
