Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package shipments according to priority schedules
- Operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and update digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily throughput goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Document processing activities and report equipment malfunctions
- Support inventory audits and cycle count procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM shifts
- Reliable transportation to Northwest Miami location
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
