Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch overnight staff to client locations across the Greater Houston area
- Manage real-time staffing emergencies and last-minute shift coverage requests
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and background checks during overnight hours
- Maintain accurate staffing records and client communication logs
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Monitor staffing KPIs and report operational insights to leadership
- Build and nurture relationships with night shift clients and candidates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or HR experience with night shift exposure
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and scheduling software
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work autonomously
- Knowledge of Houston's industrial and healthcare sectors preferred
- Ability to work flexible overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- BS/BA in Human Resources or related field preferred
