Responsibilities
- Packaging & Labeling: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipping using automated and manual systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the storage aisles.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy pallets safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet our strict quality standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance checks on warehouse machinery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- License: Valid forklift certification (if applicable to role).
