Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick and pack orders with a high degree of accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments for delivery trucks.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory counting.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach facility.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse machinery safely.
