Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per 5S standards
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team leads for workflow optimization
- Complete daily production reports with precision
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Reliable transportation to Alliance Gateway area
- Flexibility to work 10-12 hour shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
