Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily operational targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification is a plus).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and organize stock to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area, strictly adhering to all safety and OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Assist in the maintenance of shipping logs and digital inventory systems.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging inventory data.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
