As a key member of our night operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our distribution network runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely during the critical overnight hours.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely and efficiently load and unload inbound and outbound trucks using appropriate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock counts and manage inventory records to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare products for shipment according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping procedures.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment (MHE) in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs frequently, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety compliance.
