Responsibilities
- Execute order picking, packing, and shipping processes with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors, safely and in compliance with protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and meets all safety standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless inventory turnover.
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
