Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as certified.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Perform thorough quality checks on products before they leave the facility.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift staff to ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trailers efficiently to keep the receiving dock moving.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
