Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping orders with zero errors.
- Conduct rigorous inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a smooth handover of operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
