About the Role
You will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. We value safety, efficiency, and teamwork above all else.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during the night shift.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
