Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks with precision and speed.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory according to warehouse management system (WMS) requirements.
- Perform accurate picking and packing of customer orders to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to maintain high standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Report any damaged goods, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards immediately to the Shift Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
