Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in temperature-controlled zones
- Operate powered pallet jacks and material handling equipment following safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and maintain clean, compliant workspaces
- Document daily activities and discrepancies in digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Reliable transportation to NW Miami location (public transit accessible)
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM) with paid breaks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
