Responsibilities
- Accurately process and sort incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Collaborate with weekend team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Complete quality checks and documentation for outbound orders
- Support cross-functional tasks as needed during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to 2100 Webster St, Oakland, CA 94607
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in team settings
- Availability for both Saturday and Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
