Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping to ensure accuracy.
- Organization: Maintain orderly warehouse aisles and storage areas to prevent accidents.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies throughout the shift.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect equipment for damage and report any issues to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a regular basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance in previous employment.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
