Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to load, unload, and stage inventory with 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels, process pick tickets, and manage returns.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure product integrity and compliance with safety standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift leads and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational flow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Driver’s License: Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
