Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise in designated zones to ensure accurate inventory flow.
- Perform routine quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain high standards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Assist in inventory counts and data entry using handheld scanners.
- Communicate effectively with shift supervisors regarding stock levels and operational needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and reliability with a focus on safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
