Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping operations with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Load and unload freight trucks during the designated night shift hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
