Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently and safely using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Organize, sort, and maintain inventory accuracy within the warehouse system.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) according to safety guidelines.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist in quality control and preparation for shipping and receiving.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for qualified applicants.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
