Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipment status.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening.
