Responsibilities
- Perform accurate sorting, packing, and shipping of products to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization.
- Follow all safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with shift supervisors regarding inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work the 3rd shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from Memphis, TN.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
