Responsibilities
- Manage the intake and screening of candidates via phone, email, and applicant tracking systems during the evening hours.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for clients and candidates, ensuring all logistics are seamless.
- Update candidate data and maintain accurate records within our CRM database.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential talent pools and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the day team to ensure a smooth transition of information and handover of active requisitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle high volumes of calls.
