Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses in Memphis to understand their staffing needs.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms with candidates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and manage high-volume job boards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for occasional client site visits).
