Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed during the shift.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa facility.
