Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare products for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless workflow transition.
Qualifications
- Ability to work 3rd Shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
