Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Load, unload, and move freight efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Control: Assist in inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area organized, clean, and safe in compliance with safety regulations.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and logs accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions clearly and communicate with team members.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
