Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory counts and damage control.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering strictly to all safety protocols.
- Prepare, package, and label merchandise for shipment using standard packing materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment as directed by shift supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and operational deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
