Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management software to verify stock accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently during the shift.
- Perform quality control checks on outbound packages to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and logistical issues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is a strong plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
