Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and 5S standards
- Process returns and manage damaged goods documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory management experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Pass background check and drug screen
