Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload delivery trucks and pallets.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery as needed.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Documentation: Must provide valid ID, Social Security Card, and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the facility.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
