Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products in climate-controlled warehouse facilities
- Operate industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Perform inventory audits and maintain accurate stock documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain organized workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain through our program
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa distribution centers
