Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory operations using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping in a 24/7 environment
- Maintain strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Operate powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct quality checks and document all warehouse activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and RF scanner experience
- Valid state ID and clean background check
