Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates for overnight warehouse, fulfillment center, and logistics operations
- Manage full-cycle staffing for 3PLs, e-commerce giants, and manufacturing clients across the Bay Area
- Conduct virtual interviews and skills assessments for night shift positions including forklift operators, pickers, packers, and inventory specialists
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines through strategic partnerships with community colleges and vocational training centers
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and labor regulations for overnight work environments
- Optimize shift scheduling and staffing ratios to maximize productivity and client satisfaction
- Analyze workforce metrics and implement retention strategies for night shift assignments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with focus on warehouse, logistics, or industrial placements
- Proven track record placing candidates in night shift environments with 24/7 operations
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and workforce management software
- Strong understanding of Bay Area labor market trends and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during non-traditional hours
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client site visits
