- Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and background checks for night shift roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including scheduling, onboarding, and follow-ups
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract night shift talent through digital and community channels
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with day shift team to ensure seamless 24/7 staffing coverage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience, preferably with night shift roles
- Proven ability to source candidates in competitive labor markets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with night shift adaptability
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Valid Minnesota staffing industry certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities for overnight operations
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements for shift work
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
