Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions across Omaha
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews during night shift hours
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS systems
- Coordinate onboarding for new night shift placements
- Build relationships with local employers staffing overnight needs
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with labor regulations
- Provide 24/7 support to placed candidates during transition
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing/recruitment experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during night hours
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
- Valid Nebraska driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
- Experience with high-volume recruitment preferred
- Knowledge of Omaha's overnight job market a plus
